Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping it.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of us within 24 hours of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint we will take an appropriate decision.
When you decide to return your item, please notify us about your decision by email before you send your item back. Our email address is 'email@example.com'.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the rules are very different in case of all returns from outside of EU. You must contact us before returning your item. We cannot accept any return claims without this, unfortunately.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or a wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the another item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item back.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that the rules are very different in case of all returns from outside of EU. You must contact us before returning your item. We cannot accept any refund claims without this, unfortunately.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
